20" Westwood (Rod brake) rim needed. Help!!!

Don't post in this room normally but the resto I'm doing on a 50's butchers bike has ground to a halt due to being unable to find a replacement front rim.

Has anyone on here got any leads as to where I can get one?

any help would be super.

unfortunately i dont know any vintage bike parts shops. obviously BMXs are 20" and you might be able to pick up an old rim that wont look too out of sorts?

No website as such, but you could do worse than give them a bell. Lots of wheels hanging from the ceiling, many samples of what's available, and the old boy who runs the place seems well versed in the old school/retro side of things, with access to 'new, old stock' parts and contacts within the industry. I haven't been into the shop in a while, but probably worth a try before you 'butcher' the butcher's bike with mags
