Buying a Sorn'd car?

I'm hopefully travelling to collect my new car at the weekend. I have a quick question though. The car is currently SORN'D. Is it straight forward enough to tax the car? I will be going down Saturday morning so Post offices should be open. Can you tax the car with a the new keeper supplement? I will have Insurance certificate and valid MOT. Do I need anything else to tax it? Does anything need to be done in advance with the car being SORN'D?
