Depressed? Drink coffee...
Discussion
An article in the Times today reports a study which has found that drinking between 4 and 8 cups of coffee a day significantly reduces clinical depression in women although no mention is made of the effects on men.
Decaffeinated coffee and other products containing caffeine failed to provide a similar result.
It is not yet definitively clear if coffee is helpful as a treatment for depression, but it might be worth trying if you do suffer?

Given a sample of one (me) I'd suggest not. I drink pints of the stuff (not instant). Then again I might have been lot worse without, so, err... Hmmm.Decaffeinated coffee and other products containing caffeine failed to provide a similar result.
