Back from Le Mans

Forget the race, just capture the atmosphere, brilliant & to be reccommended.

Met up with an HSV owner who had to take his Porsche instead as it was still with Mark, he should be poping along Sat morning now.

Layed a fair amount of rubber around the track which was great as you were allowed to drive part of the track on the Friday, picked a good time and did about 30 miles at 10 mpg! Was told by a few that I had the loudest road car on the track too. Was asked countless question and the HSV generated a lot of interest 24 x 7.

Two Australian girls came over to congratulate me on my choice of car which kind off made my day.

Sounds liek a trip for the future - you'll have to pursuade the missus its the trip to France not just a trip to Le Mans!!

Lets break her in this weekend - then we can progress to Le Mans.

One advantage of Le Mans is lots of French wine - for her of course, I'll be driving!!!
