Insurance Claim
Discussion
I think this is the right place for this.
My golf got run into the back of the other week. anyway no problems she's in the body shop getting some love, as I type. now when I had the quote done I asked for an extra quote to have a few raggedy bits tided up. so I am paying a bit extra to get my car looking tip top again.
fast forward to the pub. after mentioning this one of the lads pipes up you should have got them to include it in the quote, for the insures and had them pay for it all.
1) surly insures are wise to this? if not why not
2) they sent there assessor out to look at the damage. surly he would know how much it cost to fix
3) Is this the done thing, is that what Ph'ers get upto?
the lad in the lad in the local seems to think its justified in that it pays for my time and stress wasted getting it fixed, and it was stress full as they didn't want me to use my local body shop. which I did so I could have it tided up to.
