F70 road bike value

I've an opportunity to buy a 4 year old Felt F70 that just had a big service completed for about £400 - does that sound about the right money or a little steep?
I've found a new 2011 Cube Peloton for £670 and am tempted by both.
Any suggestions? I've been doing triathlons for a year and need something larger than the 53cm frame I'm crippling myself on now.

I would be very tempted by the Felt depending on its condition, the spec will be higher than the CUBE. It was a well spec'd bike, light and quite durable, also I believe the geometry made them quite a good bike to fit the tri bars too. I am not too sure about the price, as there are not that many of them bobbing around on the used market but you can always try a cheeky offer.
I have to admit that I have a bit of a one sided opinion as I ride a 2010 Felt F75 (similar spec to the F70), and really rate it! Lovely bike to ride, quite light for the price, well spec', happy on 45 min sprints as it is on 5 hour epics!

If it is this bike it is more than 4 years old and depending on what is on it I would say £400.00 is steep I would make a cheeky offer of £250 and take it from there

Went to see the Felt and it rode so smoothly and a very slick gear change along with it - many miles away from the old Bianchi I'm borrowing, plus it's the right size.
It had a £180 service 240 miles ago, decent wireless computer plus a few useful spares so I made an offer and I'm now the proud owner! It's very yellow and looks great. Ditchling Beacon in the morning I think...
