My new V12 Vantage
Discussion
iPhone photos only so far (and side-on - no time to edit):

I'll try to get round to taking some proper shots this sunny weekend.
A few first impressions:
It feels quicker than the DB9 by a surprising margin, particularly in-gear acceleration;
The sound in Sports Mode is intoxicating, but the throttle map takes some getting used to;
TMC works!
The SatNav has speed camera alerts!
The gearchange is slicker than in my DB9 and the clutch more forgiving (no stalls yet).
Here's the old car for good measure (looks massive by comparison):

Meteorite.
Stratstones had a few built, but unregistered V12Vs with an AM discount plus a Stratstone one, so they were attractive. I had a choice of Quantum, Lightning, Carbon Black or Meteorite. There was also a Morning Frost car that I tested that was registered and had about 800 miles on it. The Quantum car went while I was um-ing and ah-ing. I wasn't prepared to pay the extra for the Carbon Black. I decided that I liked the colours that help the bonnet strakes to blend in.
The Mornign Frost car is stunning, but I wanted something a little more subtle (if these cars can ever be subtle).

If you live roughly where I think you do, can you pop down the Archway Road later from the Boogaloo to Archway? The camera is facing the other way so spank it!
I have never heard a V12 run down the "canyon" but it would be good to hear one!
Can't today. Perhaps tomorrow evening. The camera is downhill, isn't it (I usually go down through the village to Holloway Road)?I have never heard a V12 run down the "canyon" but it would be good to hear one!

Yesterday the camera was pointing uphill - it pays to know this - although with the CCM brakes you can stop from whatever speed if you were to see the camera had been repointed.If you see a bloke in a silvery 911 turbo convertible wave at you, that's me. Normal service will be resumed next week when my V12V gets delivered from Newport Pagnell.
Great weather for driving a new car :-)

So two V2Vs in the area at least then! There are loads of the rest of the range.

Congratulations, lovely car, as was your DB9 by the look of it.
