Getrag 996 c4 gearbox stronger than c2 box?

Hi all,
does anybody know if there is a difference in terms of strength between the box out of an 996 Carrera 2 and the one out of a 996 Carrera 4?
Perhaps the 4WD box is similar to one out of a 996 turbo?

I'm sourcing the components for my build and would appreciate some good advise.
