I get email updates from the agent selling my house via Rightmoove, but does anyone know what 'good' numbers look like?

It has been on the market 5 days:

Rightmove Performance Data Last 5 days
Appeared in search results this many times: 1335
Appeared in property details this many times: 147
Conversion rate*: 11.0%
Extra Detail Views**: 72

  • Extra detail views is the number of times your property is seen from extra sources, without home hunters performing an actual search on Rightmove.

I will ask my agent for our figures. I guess the important number is whether any of that data converts into viewings and offers. If you are getting lots of hits on searches but few real enquiries then I would be concerned

Early days I guess but no viewings yet. I did the search myself and we sat quite nicely in the price bracket and everything else was either 2/3 bed bunglaow or modern Mc Mansion. We are a period house with a courtyard garden in a good location so I guess it is about waiting for that Niche buyer who wants something a bit turnkey.

Good luck with it. We accepted an offer on Thursday afternoon, and our offer on the one we want has also been accepted, so fingers crossed that everything works out.

11% is ok, not great for a new listing.

It will prob. drop to 6-7% once it's been on a few weeks. If it drops much lower check your photos are the best possible or perhaps ask your agent for a premium listing. This is an easy way for them to increase the levels of interest.

We are using Fine and Country who don't do the local newspaper ads in our area, so web hits are important. I should get an update early this week.

Local paper advertising is more of an instruction getter and useful for keeping vendors happy. You aren't missing much.
