Hello everyone,
I saw the light and since 1 month I’m looking for a T350, to import it to the Netherlands. In the Netherlands this model TVR never had been supplied by the official importer.
When purchasing a new car in the Netherlands a special tax should be paid wich is called BPM. Its amount depends on the cost of the car. The more expensive the car, the higher the tax. If a used car is imported from abroad, this tax must also be paid. The problem is that Customs has no Dutch original price so they cannot calculate the BPM. I am therefore looking for information about the prices when new of the T350 in the UK, including the costs of accessories and extras. I hope somebody has that information or knows where I can find it.

I think mine was around 44k - I'd have to check the original invoice I have. Mines a 2004 targa, standard metallic paint, air con, speaker upgrade & full leather.

V8 GRF seems to come up with this stuff. Basic was about £38K and extras could add about £10K.

I paid £40k for my 2004 Targa when new. The full price of my aircon/leather car was over £42k. I think the factory price for the standard car then was £38k.

Aircon was a £2k option, and there was an additional charge for leather interior upgrades (I think there were two levels of upgrade).

I don't have a T350 brochure/price list, indeed I don't recall even having seen one, it might be worth looking on ebay to see if you can find one for sale.

Seem to recall paying around 38K in 2005 for a T350, at that point they had made aircon, 18" spiders and normal metallic paint all standard fit options for the price. Cant recall if part leather was too. Special paint was a 2k option. Might still have the invoice somewhere ....

Thank you all. Being new here, it's nice to see that so many take the trouble to give an useful reaction. I think I'll take that folder to Customs when I have found the right car. Or I'll have to search for a T350 with the original invoice.

Towards the end you could get a very good discount so i am not sure if list price or price you could pay after haggling and discount?
I brought mine brand new but already built from a dealer for £29,995 in 2006 only 2 months before the factory closed. I may still have the original dealer invoice if it helps?

If I'm not mistaken, Speebuzz' former T350 is for sale again?

Reading the original post, I'm not sure this is the time for bolstering the prices! I'm certain customs aren't going to know the difference between metallic (£500) and pearlescent (£2000) and you may not want to educate them! They may not need to know about the satnav, embroidered headrests etc. I'd go with £38k for the car and £500 for the paint; which seems like you've tried to make an effort. *cough* *cough*

Off topic I know, but in the same brochure I scanned for the T350 there is also this:

Not the best scan but for some reason, I had to reduce its size a lot to host.
