Is anyone on here renting out Agricultural Land - was thinking of looking into this as an alternative to BTL Property

Any good sites that will give indications of ROI if you bought land and rented it out, and which type of land - grazing / arable etc would give the best return?

Or Knight Frank and Savills have research teams (check their websites) that publish research - they do stuff on Farm land indices.

As a result of the rise in crop prices, arable land in the UK has gone up quite a lot as it has become a staple asset in a high net worth portfolio.

Yields are a little turd, I think.

Thats partly what I was thinking - I saw a few parcels of land for sale a couple of years ago - should have bought them then....
