Incompetent Driver - Good for a laugh!

Yesterday morning I was off down to Bournemouth for work. I decided to go to the hotel first and leave my car there. Just short of the hotel (100m) I caught up with a Vauxhall Meriva (driven by a middle-aged man) travelling at about 15mph. Fair enough, he was looking for somewhere, turned out to be 'my' hotel. He turned into the car park entrance and promptly stopped dead right in the middle. A couple of people in the car park indicated there were spaces off to the right so eventually he sets off at a whole 1mph into the car park.

I followed and luckily he went past the first space (probably too small for his 'giant' car). I reverse parked my Saab as he started to park in the next free space. I got my bags out, locked the car, walked the 30m to the hotel entrance, went in and checked in. Left my clothes bag at reception as I could not use the room yet, had a quick chat with the receptionist (I stay regularly) and then went back out to go to the office. Believe it or not the 'driver' was still trying to park the Meriva (in the same space still). I wish I had it on video!
