Good roads near Calne (Wilts)?

As per the title really, can anyone recommend some interesting roads in the immediate vacinity of Calne (as close as possible to the Bowood area)?

A4 but its gets busy and watch out for mobile speed cameras. Get on Google maps and plot a route around Salisbury Plain.
