if i put straight through exhausts on my 5.0 litre chimaera will i lose horse power and/or torque.
if i also add decat y-piece will it have an adverse affect?

It will be a lot noisier and the low 'burble' may be lost. Down to personal taste and wether your ears can cope on the longer journeys

I did a straight thru on my SEAC (no sound deadening at all) .. it sounded good at high revs but low down sounded rubbish.

Everytime a police car went the other way - I kept thinking they were turning around and giving chase.

It did win me a prize of loudest wedge though.. biggrin
