never used RT before, but if you are looking for service in sheffield there is also Raceproved as well, very good service.

simon - didnt we meet up at Chatsworth? Anyway - per Clive give RP a go. I havent used RT Racing but use Raceproved.

HI Gazzab - yes we did. Its a gearbox rebuild I was specifically after. I wasnt sure if raceproved did them whereas RT advertise the service.

Raceproved do them. They do everything a Tvr owner might want and more. I am sure there are probably only a handful of gearbox rebuilders and that most Tvr garages send it off for rebuild? Talk to mikeinsheffield as RP did his for him.

Used RT for all my chassis re-furb and a few other bits to boot, and have nothing but praise for them great customer service and work

I use RT to service & MOT my chim.

Very professional in my experience and always call to let me know what they find after the road test. Never carry out the work unless I authorise it and point out issues that will need to be done in the future based on mileage, age etc.

I also say if chassis work needs to be done - RT are the main men to do the job.

looks like good news for me. moving to derbyshire in a couple of weeks and these 2 outfits are going to be my closest TVR fettlers. had some pretty ordinary service in the south east over the last few years, and hugely over-priced in my opinion too.
