We really should organise a Scottish meet sometime, I hardly ever see another TVR on the road up here, never mind a Chim!

How do you find TVR Ecosse by the way?
I used Dreadnaught last, they seemed really professional.

To be honest, the main reason was because the drive to Calender is miles better than the motorway trip to Dundee!

Hello!

I'm in living & working Aberdeen, (3 years now) originally from Sunny Swansea, and have a Chim 500.
She's been off the road having an engine re-build, now complete, but not running 100%. I think its ignition / timing related (I hope!). have heard good things about TVR Ecosse. Was thinking of having her taken there or Dreadnought for final fettling, MOT etc. what your thoughts on both?

I agree, dont see mant Tiv's up here. Any TVR CC runs, or PH runs?

Cheers!
Ian.

There are 3 Active TVR groups in Scotland,

Central Scotland who meet at Broom Castle Menstrie on the first Sunday every month at 12:15

West of Scotland who meet at the Malletsheugh Inn Newton Mearns on the 3rd Sat every month at 12:30

North East Scotland who have regular meets but no fixed time or place, contact Barry Martin at TVR Ecosse for info.

They all organise a few runs a year but mostly in the summer months.

Cheers

Very pleased with TVR Ecosse, Barry could not have been more helpfull and was happy to spend lots of time on phone advising me before I bought the car. Prices seem very reasonable as well
