Better question is anyone "not" having a BBQ?!

Had BBQ every night this week so far. Evenings are lovely, if only it didn't get dark so early.

Oh yes. yes

It's my birthday this weekend. I have the 'odd' vegetarian in attendance, however I'm thinking for an informal lunch:

- Grilled halloumi
- Roasted tomato and pepper dip
- Hummous
- Yogurt, mint and chilli dip
- Caraway and rye sourdough bread
- Bay and onion sourdough bread
- Olives
- Nuts
- Lamb koftes
- Duck rillettes

All home-made (apart from the olives and nuts).

Had one on thursday night and having one tonight too.

Fired up the BBQ yesterday in the rain. Smoked a ham I had been curing all week and TOH sorted some chinese ribs.

Direct heat for the rib and indirect heat for the ham (4 hours slow cooked with the hood on)
