I stole my dads car and hit a parked car. What should I do?

Hi, I found your forum searching for car forums. My parents are away for the weekend and I have been taking a few driving lessons so me and my mates thought it would be good to borrow my dad's s350 and drive around town in it. I didn't realize how big and powerfull the car is and I accidently hit a parked corsa pasenger side to drivers side (corsa. I drove off and put my dads car back in the garage and I really dont know what to do. I want to confess but scared I will I be arrested if I confess to my dad and he calls the police? or should I hide the keys and say burglers must have stolen the car and ditch it somewhere...

Please serious advice, I am only 19 and really scared and my parents are back sunday evening.
