Cheapest HPI check that also checks finance?

As subject really. Where can I get a cheap HPI check done that includes an outstanding finance check? The £20 or so most places charge seems a bit steep. I understand the importance of it just don't want to waste £20 if I can get it cheaper elsewhere.

I noticed that. Plenty offer the check but only the £20 plus ones cover finance check.
One good thing I found was the ebay check (if the cars advertised on ebay) does this for about £8.
