what would you pay for this spec car

hi all

can you give me your views/selling price private sale for this spec chim please

p reg , 61,000 miles , 4.0 litre hc , paintwork in very good condition odd stone chip
interior is very good , full service history , new tyres , new hood , drive and sounds well
all on original clutch and camshaft

bad bit the outriggers are rusty ! no sign of paint or waxoyl treatment over the years , seems solid when doing the screw driver test but quite a bit of flakey rust , as you know you cant see on top ?

now what price would you say this car is worth , when in a year or two the outriggers may need to be done ?

I was offered a 96 HC very good mechanically and solid outriggers but tatty interior for £6250.
