Hi BB. My other half always uses filtered water on the grill and also once in a while treats with 'rain away' the stuff you use on helmet visors and windscreens.

Don't know if it's right but works for us.

Worth repeating but make sure the underside of the bars are wiped as well as the reflection can make the overall look grubby.

You obviously have manly big didgits as my OH only occasionally donates blood.

Care and perseverance matey.

I think you should consider taking legal action on your family. It's clearly the genetics that has given you great big fat fingers and all this is through no fault of your own. You have a perfect legal case I believe.....get onto those no win no fee teams straight away.

I was told today that the grills are made of pure aluminium. Could you use Solvol safely? After my experience with the wheel hubs I am to say the least a bit cautious.

You can of course sue them for the first occasion of injury. Thereafter, you established 'entitlement' by returning the scene of accident and repeating the same procedure. They can now cut you to shreds as often as they like smile

um...never used anything and never had a problem tbh.

Just dry off after cleaning with a micro fibre towel.
