Best gearbox oil

I'd like to try to improve the shifting on my Alfa 33 (never one of the car's best points).

I've had good results on other cars changing to Redline MT-90. Before I splash out for some of that has anyone have any opinions on even better oils?

Neo is a top quality oil, used by a lot of motorsport co's. 'tis a bit pricey though....
