You will need to cut that reaction time when we get side by side Neal.
I think your car is capable of a mid to low 11 and i hope to be doing similar soon enough.
You did well to tame that beast as quick as you did. Its not just about putting your foot down and steering straight ahead is it? I think you may have caught the bug wink

I loved it Derek just wish I could of got some runs in on the sunday.

I think Im addicted now biglaugh

Would like to try a run with some tyres like yours im guessing there even grippier than the R888's.

Thinking of going back to Dale for another RR session with a bit more boost and maybe look at the flat change / launch control on the megasquirt.

I want more lol

a pathetic 12.72 at 117.summat MPH after many 'misshaps' with broken hoses etc, still no excuse for st driving. So, still spinning 1st, 2nd, with 888's what's goin' on?
Heads up for neal clap and that Peter bloke cool

12.81 @ 116 mph for my 4.5 Cerb.
60 ft time was 2.88 seconds though, so I really need to learn to launch the damn thing if I'm ever going to bring that down. Only did two runs though, so perhaps there's hope rolleyes

Niel and Peter had some excellent runs and I was very impressed by their times. Derek, you got to use your laughing gas and also set a good time although I think you were testing it and will go faster. My LS3 motor should have had the upper hand but it shows you shouldn't believe performance figures until they have been tried. 485bhp/490lb/ft torque to carry a 1260kg car with a 77kg pilot (factual) should do well. There are cars such as the new Audi RS5 which claim to do the same but the power to wieght figures don't match. My TVR is primative (like the driver) and the Audi has technology - and so Porsche gear change etc and other manufacturers.

The only way to do it is to stop quoting Top Trumps and play Top Trumps for real.

My best on Saturday was:-

60ft...2.210
330ft..5.644
660ft..8.296
MPH1...95.62

990ft..10.470
1320ft.12.385
MPH2...122.67
