Good looking Cerb,
Does the cam cover have the oil feed to the cams or is it just a replacement for the original one.
Love the colour and the interior looks good also, enjoy it they are great.

The colour is arena red (a porsche colour I think )

I just have the cam cover, the pre-oiler system is over a grand. I think it looks fab, and it supposedly has benefits re noise and water ingress to plugs.

Driven every day so far (Ok,3 days!!), took my 3 kids out on Sunday, which was brilliant to be able to do (they loved it) and it just makes me smile all the time. Suprised by the number of pops and bangs, sounded like a drive-by shooting today in town!

A few niggles: passenger side door won't open from the inside, and am trying to understand a clattery rumble at low revs, not sure what that is, maybe a loose exhaust mount. And vibration at about 80, quite bad, maybe a bent spyder but hope it's not that serious. Oh, and no handbrake warning light despite being serviced and MOT'd when bought.

But by christ when you give it some beans the noise is just glorious and the power is something else, it is so, so different to my Chim.

Now, do I let wifey drive it?

Because everything is very close to the chassis you will get rattles and knocks etc until you spend days, years hunting them down.

TVR Power set it up at service. It was sitting higher at the back too originally.

I quite like the colour but am keen on reflex charcoal - that can wait though!

Hi mate that car looks absolutely stunning, gorgeous colour! I just bought a cerb sp6 too!

Clattery rumble may be rear brake pads rattling in calipers, quite common. If the rattling goes when you touch the brakes then that will probarbly be it.
