Im in a hotel with an odeon cinema across the road.

Choices available are...
Abduction, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Friends with Benefits, Shark Night, The Debt, and What's your number.

I haven't been to the cinema (apart from some kids movies) for years, and have no idea about these films.

NB: I don't want a horror, sci-fi, or a kids movie.

Sounds good. I like that sort of thing, as long as it isn't the Mission Impossible/ James Bond type.

No next to no action. More like a political thriller than those sort.

A better option than the other choices available?

Just watcher the trailer, and I think its a bit heavy going for tonight. It's been a long day so I need something more light hearted with less to concentrate on hehe

You'll have to shout he's sitting in the cinema across the road now.

I know its a bit late, but for a chick flick, Friends with Benefits was surprisingly ok. Predictable ending, but some funny moments in it.

Guess who got dragged to the cinema by SWMBO at the weekend then?

When I got to the cinema I ran into a couple of people from the office. They were seeing Friends with Benefits, so I joined them. My verdict was pretty much the same as yours above, with some very funny moments.

ETA: Think I'll try Killer Elite next time after seeing the trailer.
