Hello All.

I have seen a Breitling Chronomat Evolution with a diamond Bezel in my local Breitling dealer, I really like it and I fancy a new watch but i'm not sure whether it could look a bit tacky and/or look like a product from Turkey.

Any thoughts from the good people of PH would be appreciated.

Cheers.
Dean

Forget the price, what do you think about the watch?

If you're serious I think it's gross.

Seriously Dean, have a word with yourself. Diamonds on a watch? Okay if you want to look like Jermain DeFoe (a blinged up black footballer) but not for real... biggrin

Haha, the funny thing is, a couple of my mates made comments similar to yours "Your not a black rapper you ****" and "thats the worst thing i've ever seen" were the pick of the bunch.

I had a Navitimer world before this, which was a stunning watch and this is the other end of the spectrum, but for some reason it tickled my fancy but I don't want to look like a tw@t wearing it.

Cheers for the feedback Rich!

Never has the expression "money doesn't buy you taste" been more true.

HAHA! I have great taste in most things- especially cars, this watch is somewhat different!

I am on waiting list for a Rolex Daytona Cosmograph with a white face- a absolutely legendary watch which doesn't require a post of this nature, as it's simply awesome.

Back on subject, the watch looks so much better in the flesh (honestly).

This sort of reaction is what I kind of expected- hence my original post.

Thank god I didn't buy it today and post after- I was picking up another watch and there is was glistening in the display cabinet. haha.

Glad you took my comment in the light hearted manner it was intended. Your taste in cars is exceptional, just work on the watches!!
