how do you think they catch these people. they get pulled over for something minor but with further investigation are found to have committed 1 or more of the crimes above

Haha! There was an incident one morning on the M42 and the traffic came to a halt. I was in L1 and an unmarked XF drew alongside me on the hard shoulder and gave a bit of siren. I backed up slightly and it joined in front of me. Jess and her colleague jumped out and chatted to us all. She is gorgeous alright!
