I am aware of an Omega watch for sale, which would retail at c. £5k but is virtually brand new and available for £3,250. The vendor (an individual) says that he is able to buy them well, through sales and the like. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this level of discount is really achievable by the vendor or if I should steer clear of this particular watch.

It sounds too good to be true that someone can get at least a 40% discount on RRP.

My friend is an investment banker and when we worked in dubai, he could get a similar discount on Omegas from a certain jeweller as part of a corporate benefits scheme so these things are possible, but how likely it is in the UK i dont know. Sorry I cant be more help.

teacher That's actually a 35% discount.
Are these for fully warranted (Omega International) watches from a UK supplier with an invoice?
