MOT in Caversham/Reading

Well the topic title says it all really - anyone know a good place to take a Griff 500 for an MOT. Caversham / Reading area?

used the garage at the texaco petrol station in pangbourne, they were recomended and used by all the car dealer in pangbourne (jag, subaru, landrover and suzuki) before they all left for better placing in the center of reading.

The V8 Centre (guy called Perry) as a very good rep and is in High Wycombe.

Thames Valley Race Tech are nearer you in Sonning Common - I was in today and they were working on a Griff 500 = seemed knowledgeable guys.

what about steve howard at thames valley racing? will he do it? if not, he must use somebody.

Yeah I thought of Steve but he's away at Castle Combe.

In the end I found a drive in while-u-wait place near where I work in Hayes. Take it in next week sometime.

Ian Richardson in the Berks TVRCC has told me a couple of times about a TVR-friendly MoT place somewhere along Richfield Avenue in Reading where he takes his, but I can't remember the name of it unfortunately!
