I'm only 31 and far from the top of the housing ladder, no doubt if I settle down in the future a bigger house will be needed. Happy for now though after ticking the V8 box as well, Monaro.

Good feelingsmile I paid mine off 10 years ago, continued the payments into a new car fund for a five years and got a shiny new car. Much more fun that a mortgagesmile

Son and partner started their offset mortgage today, and due to poor interest rates i was achieving in savings accounts, i temporary reduced their mortgage to just 5k.

or hes moved house a few times and increased the years when he got a new house becasue it was more expensive
