1967 TVR Tuscan V8 History ???
Discussion
We have now finished restoring our 1967 TVR Tuscan V8 (see other post). We are trying to put together the history of the car, can anyone help??
Car reg is : EOY 217J
Chassis No : 200-035
Engine : 4700cc
Build Date : 23/5/1967
Works Order : 67/0135
We have been told that this car was bought from Gerry Marshall by Alan Arnold in the late 60's after a big crash. It was then restored and re-registered in 1971 with it's present reg number. The original reg was MMT 7C, and could be the works race car. (thank you to Richard Carter for help with this part of the puzzle). The car was then sold in 1973 to someone in the West Country. Does anyone have any info on this car, or can put me in touch with someone that would be able to help.
Many Thanks
Duncan

I mentioned this in an earlier thread on the same topic.
I think you can write to the DVLA and get a list of all previous owners of a car if you have a good reason for wanting it. The "good reasons" include trying to find the history of a car you own.

Costs £5.00
I have yet to get a response regarding my car, so I don't know how effective it is.
