W plate polo 1.4 - probabaly worth a grand or so.

Front nearside impact.

Front wing damaged, front bumper cracked/broken, light cluster smashed. Possible damage to bonnet but not certain on this.

Tracking miles out, possibly a buckled wheel but not 100% on this either.

I'm imagining that they may well write it off?

More than likely if you choose to go through insurance.

Yep 90% sure it is based on your description. Doesn't mean it's dead though- if you like it, take cash in liu of repair then fix it up.

Or you could buy it from insurers and sell spares on ebay/scrap body and make a few hundred profit.Probably not worth the effort though.

Definitely, if the damage isn't too bad, just take the money and fix yourself.

My insurance quote was nearly 10x the real world repair cost.
