You could approach the catering companies to see if they have any surplus

I know this may be an awfully obvious question but WTF d'you want one for?confused
Most catering carts are made-to-measure for those poxy mini-cans of Coke and the a-4 sized five-course feast known laughably as an airline "meal".
Or is this your next purchase once you've squared away the accessories?:

There was a bit in last weeks daily mail magazine "Live" about this company.

They will paint/put anything you want on the outside and you can customise the inside to your specifications.

Thanks for the reply guys but to be honest I am looking for more of a second hand market. Does anyone know of any airline scrap yards that may have some?

To answer your question on what its for.......I just an idea I am working on. Probably wont happen but if it comes in at the right price then happy days.

I will tell all if/when it does.

Thanks for your help thus far :-)

Then the OP can act out his wildest fantasies; he's sitting in the lounge watching telly/on PH and the OH will appear with the trolley, attempt to sever his arm at the elbow with it, then serve him dinner on a plastic tray. hehe

then flirt outrageously with him before disappearing behind a velvet-"effect" curtain which she swishes forcefully across the kitchen door in an "in your dreams" manner, before dimming all the lights, tossing the world's itchiest blanket at him, de-humidify the entire room to less than 5% humidity and then, just as he nods off, whack the heating up and turn all the lights on full.
hehe

... and partition your lavvy so it's the size of a small shower cubicle and fit it with a bi-fold door which traps your fingers and won't lock. hehe
