I'd not seen one of these before, and was amazed with how quick it was. I couldn't get near it, it absolutely left me for dead (I was in my 911 and trying hard).

Sounded good too.

Anyone on here got one? How are you finding it?

Not really a surprise, quick as standard and mental when remapped which I imagine many are, plus your 911 is not in its first flush of youth and is giving away a significant hp/torque adavantage even against a standard one.

Wouldnt worry about it, or, buy a 911 turbo !

The 1M has been getting the reviews - the RS3 is a great package as a single car option.

I have heard that these engines have the potential to reach 500bhp but I have also seen a turbo kit for the 3.2 DSG which raises power from 250bhp to 460bhp so I dont know which one I would have.

Why did they make it look so uninspiringly dull?

Looks like every other s-lined diesel A3 doing the rounds.

Definitely, I can see the appeal; a tidy, sensible, practical and sure-footed hatchback with a terrific 5 pot turbo lump for easy, no nonsense fast driving... a car that just gets on with it. On our god awful roads it could be a proper go-to-car, I like it very much.
