MKII skoda Octavia VRS

I've been intending to buy a Skoda Octavia VRS MK1 for the last 5 years at least.

Recently, I finally decided to bite the bullet and found a couple of Mk1 Skoda Octavia VRS' for decent money. But, then the wife suggested I extended the budget and looked at Mk2 versions.

I found one at a dealers in Doncaster - in red, petrol engine and another in Yellow.

The yellow one had done 167,000 miles so that was ruled out and the red one ... well, honestly, I put the wrong postcode into sat nav and ended up at a different dealers where I signed the papers on a Black magic TDI for considerably more money than I originally intended.

I collected it yesterday and have spent the last 2 days getting used to it.

Pictures taken today. They're not of the best quality, taken in the Tesco car park and on my phone but I've been too busy driving to do anything else.





Really, really love the car, quick, spacious, comfortable, well specced and sporty looking without being chav. It's a perfect car for me as I'm aproaching 30 and am newly married with a new baby. The perfect blend of practicality for the family and fun for me. :thumbsup

All I need now is for someone to take my GTi-6 off my hands.

Silver 2004 Fabia Vrs
Yellow Mk 1 2004 Octavia Vrs
Blue 2007 Octavia Vrs Tdi
Red 2007 Octavia Vrs
Red 2006 Octavia Vrs estate .

I tend to change my car every six months but always seem to end up coming back to a Vrs - great cars !

Hi there sorry to put this on a old thread but I have just bought the vrs you previously owned...the car had a map tech sticker on the rear window.did you have the remap done on the car or maybe there has been another keeper since you ? Regards wayne
