thoughts on colour of estorils.

My wheels are being refurbed on monday and i would like your thoughts on having them done in gunmetal grey. My car is silver stardust and roof is black, i have no idea what this will look like but dont really want them in silver.what about anthracite?,Gary

Hi Liam, i went for a mid gunmetal colour pearl effect it is an audi colour. I have not seen the results yet but should be collecting the car tomorrow i am still worried that the colour may be too dark for a silver car but wanted something different from the norm so fingers crossed. Hope all is well with you and we are out for a curry tomorrow with the bristol phers if you are interested, it is at the Taj Brasserie in winterbourne at 7,30 ish. I will take some photos but am useless at computers so may struggle to post them.Gary

I have the car back and the colour is absolutely brilliant i just need the new stick on tvr centre caps and nothing else , the colour works perfectly with the silver of the car. Liam i will try to put some photos on tomorrow but my daughter is back at uni and she usually does it for me. I can text them if you pm me your mobile number.A very happy Gary and a thumbs up for dingmaster in Patchway Bristol.

How much again John (sorry, can't be ar5ed to go through the previous thread). I've got another ste of Estorils and plan to paint them black (to go with a white Griff), so not sure if the ally centres would work?

Hi Paul.. £125 (plus post £6) for a set of 5.. inc new screws etc... I've seen some on dark grey wheels... and they do look very nice indeed... gives the wheel a focal point instead of being one dark mass if you know what I mean

They are usually a bit like that with brake dust, but that has a red hint to it.
