Customising an XBox 360 Controller

I don't know why but I want to! I have an old controller with some worn buttons that I may try it out with.

eBay seems the best bet type "xbox 360 controller buttons" there are literally hundreds of results.

I'll be using some sugru to tweak my PS3 pad, I had a pair of GioTeck shoulder button extenders and a speedfreek but they've started to fall apart.
