IVA switch / warning light question

Can anyone confirm the fog light switch and light requirements for a foglight? Want to use a single savage switch, it's currently wire to iluminate when the lights are on, but it doesn't change if the the switch is on which I'm assuming is a fail? I wanted the illumination coming on to be used instead of a lights on warning light, but I'm thinking now this is going to lead to other fails as there is no indication as mentioned above.

If I do need a warning light, does it still need an emblem, or will the fact it only comes on with the already marked switch be adequate?

The switch will need to light up when the fog lights are on.
The switch itself does not need to be night illuminated.
The warning lamp does not need an emblem...a Dymo label (that later falls off) is all that is required.
The Fog Light must only come on with dip or high beam headlights.
