Griff centre consol - removal

Can anybody help, I'm trying to remove the centre consol, I've located the nuts and bolts at the rear of the consol but unsure how to remove around the door handles.

Also what is the best oil to put into the engine of a '93 430?

Door handles stay in the console.
You need to undo the handbrake tension then it will lift up and pull backwards and out.
