Hi All,
I need to change my gearbox oil as change is getting sticky when car is warm. The reccomended fluid is Mobil SHC ATF but can't find it anywhere. Can anyone reccomend an alternitive?

Assuming its the Rover box, I used Miller ATF supplied by Joolz. The Diff oil is nice as well
Luckily had some old 1 litre ATF bottles which just fit 'up the chassis' with nozzle folded so filling / topping up isnt too difficult.
