Car Club Parking spots?

There's a parking spot near my local that states "Car Club Parking Only".... does being a member on pistonheads suffice? Whats the go with this??

Yeah just put a pistonheads sticker on the back should be fine..

It will be allocated for Zip Car or Street Car or something along those lines.

I don't think PH counts in this particular situation, although I'm not sure of the legislation...
