Some help with tyres please

I need to buy a couple of tyres for the daily driver and would like to match what's on the car at the moment, Michelin Primacy HP 225/45/17 91W all round


when I look at mytyres.co.uk there's a whole range of differnt tyres in that size, eg:

- 225/45 R17 91W with rim protectionleiste, UHP GRNX BSW

- 225/45 R17 91Y with rim protectionleiste, GRNX BSW

- 225/45 R17 91W with rim protectionleiste, AO, UHP GRNX

- 225/45 R17 91W with rim protectionleiste, M0, GRNX BSW

- 225/45 R17 91Y with rim protectionleiste, M0, GRNX BSW

I'm guessing that the W and Y are the speed rating but what's all the stuff at the end??

BSW - black sidewall

AO - Audi approved

MO - Mercedes approved
