I've got an Alpine DVD- Sat Nav package in my BMW and following on from the post regarding speed camera detectors- is it possible to download speed camera sites onto my in-car system as POI's/Points of Interest?
I'd imagine if you could get a list of all the locations in terms of lats and longs then you could upload these. I don't suppose they're freely available, otherwise everyone would do this!
Solutions exist for PDA type devices and software using PoI but not too sure about manufacturer fitted vehicle GPS. Have explored all option in my Volvo GPS but don't see a way of uploading PoI.
