Bluetooth issues

I've just got my new work phone, Blackberry Torch 9860, and i'm having problems with the bluetooth functionality, it's paired with the car and displays the address book, but won't dial numbers from the car (either off the main display or steering wheel) and wont recieve calls even when paired (they come through on the had set)

The bluetooth still works on both my other phones / Nokia and Iphone4

The car is an 05 E46 M3 vert, any ideas?
