Juniper +335i =440bhp!!!

hi all....
a couple of guys from juniper specialist cars (royston based) helped fix a error code on my gallardo
top blokes they were too, and proper petrolheads.....
be careful if you come across their black 335i around the area.... it's got advertising stickers over it and orange rims to the black alloys, otherwise looks just like a standard m sport....
car has a sports exhaust and engine tune so puts out 440 bhp!!!! you have been warned...
btw, the exhaust sounds better at low revs than the gallardo!

I have a remapped 335i ; I think 440bhp is possible but in my experience the N54 engine needs more than just a map and exhaust to achieve anything over 400. An good N54 335i puts out 310~320hp stock and 370~380hp after a remap ; an uprated intercooler is worth roughly another 10hp with approx 20~25hp more liberated by a well engineered exhaust system inc 3" downpipes.

phone them, i think he said something about getting an ecu from the states, so not just a remap, and power can be reprogrammed..... ?boost adjusted..... don;t think headers etc were changed....isn't e92 m3 414bhp...
The car could have been further modified since the following video, from Juniper's website, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBCCVAGXpbw , the information on the video says the car runs at 380Hp with the help of Vishnu tuning and BMW Performance Exhaust. 380 flywheel horsepower makes sense with those mods 
I think the Vishnu box can be set up for trick fuels & Nitrous oxide, that might get you 440

yep, dont think the car runs 440 all the time.... don;t think it;s like the superchips box though with a flick of the switch.... think you have to hook up a laptop and engage hyperdrive....
