Does any on know it? As classic mini reflectors and lenses are a fraction of the price and come in some nice styles

You can unbolt your bezel, 2 bolts at the bottom, (1/2" af) and pull the top off, (stuck with mastic), then you can measure.

Because there is a gap between the reflector and the glass on the Chim.

The face of a standard 7002 type Sealed Beam unit would have to end up touching the bezel to look right and that would not leave enough room for the SB mounting rings and pod etc.

Plus how would and to what would you "mount" the sealed beam to, so that it was adjustable???

Its a long time since i used to mess about with minis, but i seem to remeber some of them had a seperate round black cowl which was fixed in situ in the wing and the sealed beam unit was attatched to this with the relevant adjustable screws and springs etc for headlamp alignment.
Doesnt help the original OP as he would still have to somehow fix the cowl into the cars wing very accuratly, so when the sealed beam unit is fiited and adjusted. the TVR fibreglass cowl would fit properly after.
