Before you all fall off your chairs laughing at this request hear me out please. I have been a million times on many a stag do and stayed in loads of 15 quid hovels which when you just want a bed to put your head after 10 pints doesn't really matter.

However my better half who hails from darn sarf wants to go for a day/night, see the tackyness and the lights at night and i said i'd take her as we will be moving down south pretty soon.

Unfortunately although 15 quid B&B's are acceptable and ten a penny when your with you mates i wouldn't wish that on the GF so i'm looking for recommendations for a half decent hotel either on or near the front with a car park and preferebly not over 100 quid a night - less if possible but obviously i dont want to be spending 15 quid but nor do i want to be spending a ton of the stuff as its 'only' Blackpool when all said and done.

She'll probably not want to go again but at least she cant accuse me of not taking her lol.

Thanks in advance chaps.

P.s if you are too ashamed to admit to staying in Blackpool then please feel free to message me lol.

Mark.

I can't recommend anywhere, but not sure if I should point you towards this thread or not. The hotel may be great. Or Bad. hehe

If you don't mind lack of facilities and just want a "known quantity", there's been a new Travelodge (or similar) spring up near the footie club in the past year or two.
