Wilts Police - Unmarked Skoda Octavia RS

Came up behind an unmarked Silver Skoda Octavia RS with "POLICE" lit on a LED sign in the rear interior of the car, on A350, Melksham, Wilts.
Quite obviously something you do not want to see, from the direction I saw it, but fortunately I think he had forgotten is was on !!
The RS is quite quick, I believe, thankfully the TVR was in the garage!!!
Registration was something like OW02*$@ - not sure of the 3 letters.
