The internet is a dangerous place for a drunk man armed with a debit card.

This turned up yesterday:

Firstly, it's a bit of a departure from my usual chunky diver's style watches of choice.

Secondly, without the inclusion of any kind of instructions/manual, I can't work out how to set the time/day/date. I'm guessing it's something to do with the Zippo lighter thing on the side, but no amount of fiddling with this seems to do anything.

Thirdly, it's by far the heaviest watch I've ever owned - like strapping a Grandfather clock to your wrist.

I'm really not sure, seeing it in the cold, sober light of day.

So, PH connoisseurs of watch style, is this a keeper?

If you're done with the bleach, can I have the rest for my eyes/mind, please?

What the fk were you thinking? Look at it. It looks cheap and nasty. What on earth is the protuberance on the side? it's like a dodgy cigarette lighter. It might actually be the ugliest watch I've ever seen.

Fair enough buying it when you were a wasted mess but you appear to be considering keeping it? Are you still drunk.

Did you ever see a thread about a Wing'd crystal horse...?

I'd say it's on a par with that.

However, that's just my opinion. You should see what Soovy nominated in the "Most Stunning Watch in the World" thread. vomit In fact, there's not many in there I like.

Taste, or in your case, lack of it, is of course subjective.

Don't send it back, they may re-sell it. Kill it with fire for the sake of humanity!

Instructions from the Mark Ecko website.

I'd rather have east European kiddie porn in my browser history than some of the ste they've got on there.
