Reasonably priced architects in Wakefield?

Does anyone work for or know of an architectural firm in Wakefield that's reasonably priced?

We're looking to split a house in two and need someone who can provide the basics of the design and planning application - no working drawings are required as there are very few modifications to be made. We've been quoted around £4k for what amounts essentially to a CAD based site plan and the basics of the planning application (which seems ludicrous)!
